I just did some research using Chessbase and found that the position is from the following game between two masters rated over 2400. The best line was not played however, so not really a spoiler.

Isn't that the truth, no clue what so ever in a real game. As HGM states, in a real game you may have been planning for it. In that case chances are good that you may have seen it.

That was the second line I looked at. On the third line I explored, I knew I had it right away but it is a bit more 'Forcing'.
