Raphael v4.1 Release

Main changes are a switch to a multilayer NNUE and introducing a few scaler search patches to hopefully push it into the top 15.

- `+36` STC against `v4.0` (`3728` estimated CCRL blitz)
- `+44` LTC against `v4.0` (`3582` estimated CCRL 40/15)

Just a heads up to those who've already downloaded the release, I've just updated it to 4.1.1.
There shouldn't be any other release under 4.1 in the future unless I find more bugs.

Did bugs you found in 4.1.0 make 4.1.1 much stronger or what's the main reason for rereleasing so soon otherwise?

It's a bugfix plus a tune that just finished, which combined gives about 15 elo LTC, so I thought I'd might as well couple them together.
I admit it isn't best practice...
