I wrote a lot of critiscim about CS Tal Extreme, and the older Rebel Extreme etc., because of the very limited features of these engines.
I still think, that it is a very bad idea to release chessengines without a proper working multithreading, without a MultiPV-Anlaysis and without a skill-level system (because these engines play such a great attacking chess, it would be great to play against them). Especially, when considering, that Ed is a computerchess legend and he could definitly do it better.
And because, I invented the EAS-Tool, which made evolving nets towards aggressivness possible, this is very, very frustrating to me. If any engine with a normal playing-style would have such flaws, I would just ignore this engine...
Because of this frustration, I wrote some posts here and in the german CSS forum, which contained way too harsh words.
For this, I have to (and I want to) apologize to Ed and Chris. This was my bad.
Enthusiasm led to frustration, led to anger. But I had to stop at the point "frustration", which I did not.
Again: My bad, sorry folks.

It's okay Stefan, keep up the good work.
Regarding your criticism, I don't give a hood, in return I can say most of the engines don't support polyglot openings book code.
It's so silly.

I return I can say, use the polyglot adapter, then all engines on the planet can use polyglot books:
