Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

128 cores per cpu and dual socket possible. Talk about a beast, wouldn't mind one if I hit the lottery.

I have a 48-core EPYC server - I'm pretty happy with it. It runs about even in terms of NPS with my 32-core Threadripper 3970x, but it stays within good thermal limits on air cooling, even at full load 24/7. The Threadripper can just barely be air cooled.
TDP for the 9754 though is 360W. That must be a beast to cool.

CPU compare claims, that fastest CPU is AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7995WX:
Turbo Speed: 5.1 GHz
Cores: 96 Threads: 192
Typical TDP: 350 W

Ipman has now some figures for AMD EPYC 9654 192thread : 378.389.394/269.208.095 . But for SF dev only 40%
