Brilliant — thanks Ed!

Is there any public information on how to make a NNUE evaluation function "aggressive". Is it simply feeding it lots of unbalanced games? Or maybe boosting the score of short decisive games?

Both, plus recalculating every position with the help of ProDeo HCE evaluation.

Does Rebel's HCE have a super aggressive evaluation? If it does then I can see how it would help. Rebel has always had a great HCE, but is it super aggressive?

I got mine, thanks Ed
Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

The first EAS version only used aggressive King Safety and aggressive Mobility, version 2.0 uses the whole eval. Don't ask me why it works better, I don't know. NNUE programming is trial on error. What goes inside of the training is beyond my understanding.

Fantastic to see more EAS engines that are fun to analyze and play with. Is the new Rebel available in Linux/ ARM?

No Linux, no ARM, just Windows.
