Arasan 26.0 is available from https://arasanchess.org.

Changes in Arasan 26.0:
1) Changes to book move selection logic
2) Make more parameters tunable, and tune piece values and futility parameters
3) GUI: fix promotion by user
4) Fixes for compatibility with latest bullet
5) Introduce 3-layer "version 8" quantized integer network, with runtime optimizations
6) Fixes/speedups in selfplay utility
7) Add some additional utility programs
8) Remove NUMA support
9) GUI: replace TrueType fonts with SVG pieces
10) Fix to mate distance pruning

This version is stronger than 25.4, but only slightly so, in my testing:

Results of Arasan-Test vs Arasan-Base (180+1, 1t, 512MB, 8moves_v3.pgn):
Elo: 3.59 +/- 3.45, nElo: 12.96 +/- 12.43
LOS: 97.94 %, DrawRatio: 85.00 %, PairsRatio: 1.34
Games: 3000, Wins: 170, Losses: 139, Draws: 2691, Points: 1515.5 (50.52 %)
Ptnml(0-2): [2, 94, 1275, 129, 0], WL/DD Ratio: 0.03

There is also an updated Arasan test suite available - I have replaced some positions that had alternate moves close in score to the best move. See https://arasanchess.org/testsuite.shtml.
