Reckless never worked on Windows 7 pro, even the generic version. Other top engines do work. PlentyChess works best.

If I were the author of Reckless or any other engine, I wouldn't be losing any sleep over it not running on Windows 7. Have you tried a LInux distro on that hardware, see if Reckless runs under that ?
