Previous version had serious mate solving bug. Seems to be fixed and now Reckless solves mates better than SF18.

Yes, and Reckless crashes quite often.
Some users have reported this on the German CSS forum.
I'm not sure if it's pv=2 or higher, though.
In any case, it often crashes in under a minute, so it's not suitable as an analysis engine.

Calling the number 2 engine in the world "garbage" is frankly ridiculous though.

Looks like it managed to dethrone Stockfish 17 at 15000 games from your test. Looks like it still needs some work to defeat Stockfish 18 though.
