Fritz 15 install without CD drive?

Hi everyone, I found my old Fritz 15 CD recently and got a bit nostalgic. Unfortunately, my computer doesn’t have a CD drive anymore. Does anyone know where I can find an online installer for Fritz 15? Cheers.

I just checked on Amazon. They have external CD-Drive that connect to USB from like $11-22. They are really cheap because hardly anyone needs them now.

I know this is a bit off-topic here but I just wanted to say that I find it frustrating that you have to wait 2 years for a new Fritz version.

Fritz 21 will only be released in November 2027 which is a long time from now.

For a program that is not even the best I expected a shorter waiting time frame. 2 years is a lot of time from a person's life because humans today only live a maximum of 100 years, many even less.

I understand that chess engine improvement is a long and arduous process but to wait 2 years for a program that is not even the best out there is a bit too much I think, I could be wrong though.

Perhaps contact Chessbase customer support. Say you have the CD, they may give you a link to the online installer which will later ask for your CD key. Worth a try! I've found them helpful in the past.
