What's new:

1. Fixes a bug in the search sometimes causing search to hang which in turn
causes time forfeits.
2. Better time management.
3. Made the pgn parser for the book making command 'mkbook' more robust. It will
now accept and process most formats of pgn files when creating an opening book.

Use option 'Restart engines after every game' with Arena gui.

Unfortunately, the minic_343_dev_8808ef3d_64_ja_bmi2.exe version is significantly weaker than the minic_3.41_mingw_x64_skylake version.
