Unlikely.
This is my 2nd experiment, and you are correct there is NOT too much difference between 4 moves depth and 8 moves depth Opening Book with the top engines and changing the time control to ==>2 minutes with 12 seconds increments
Note: Here is the score so far, using 2 minutes with 12 seconds increments

9.5 - Stockfish 16 64-bit (Using 4 moves depth)
4.5 - RubiChess 20230918 64-bit (Using 4 moves depth)
3.0 - Berserk 11.1 64-bit (Using 4 moves depth)
1.0- CS Tal 2.00 64-bit (Using 8 moves depth)
1.0 - Caissa 1.12 64-bit (Using 8 moves depth)
1.0 - Koivisto 9.0 64-bit (Using 8 moves depth)

103RD AMATEUR SERIES (Division 1)

AMD Ryzen 5950x
ChessGUI
256mb hash each where possible
6 piece tablebases
Ponder off
LowDraw1000.cgb book (restricted to 8 moves depth)
12 minutes with 8 second increments.
6 cycles 66 rounds
All engines 1CPU (64-bit where available)
The top engine will gain automatic promotion and the bottom engine will face automatic relegation. Any other changes of division will be at my discretion and may not necessarily involve playoff matches.
Final Standings

46.5 - Stockfish 16 64-bit
37.5 - Berserk 11.1 64-bit
36.5 - RubiChess 20230918 64-bit
34.5 - CS Tal 2.00 64-bit
34.0 - Caissa 1.12 64-bit
33.5 - Koivisto 9.0 64-bit
32.0 - Clover 6.0 64-bit
31.0 - Igel 3.5.0 64-bit
30.0 - Rebel EAS 64-bit
30.0 - Seer 2.6.0 64-bit

Since Stockfish is way ahead of the other competitors on this list it would be interesting to see another tournament with these 6 engines, and since Stockfish will not be competing the result could be a little different. The time control could be shorter like 2 Minutes plus 12 seconds increment. Why you are not given a copy of Torch ?

The reason why I believe that testing engines with 4 moves Opening is more effective than with Openings that are deeper like 18 Moves Opening is because with 4 moves there is less chances of the opening to have weaker lines variations and to benefit one side or the other

The position was even after the first 4 moves Opening, but Rubichess mishandled the position, this is how Stockfish handled it
