Re: Login
I have the checkbox twice and then I have to change http to https manually to log in.

Re: Login
I use http://talkchess.com/ to get to talkchess. It is working better than it has been. If I get the I am not a robot checkbox screen I exit and try again. If I try several times and I can't get past then I try later.
Everytime that I click the I am not a robot checkbox I get in but not to the expected gui but rather I end up with an archaic text based ui that works but is not very pleasant to use. I'd say the error is that the I am not a robot page redirects to the wrong interface.

Re: Login
No, the content of the page is exactly the same. But the page refers to style (.css) files for defining the formatting of the various HTML elements on it. It is apparently the loading of these files that fails, and then the browser simply displays the page in the default format (i.e. simple text, no colored backgrounds or borders, etc.).
My theory for the failure to read the CSS files, or indeed the need to sometimes tick the checkbox multiple times, is that CloudFlare can use different paths to connect you to talkchess.com, and that each path requires separate confirmation. If you are unlucky, and after confirmation the page you requested is requested again through a different path, you again get the confirmation page instead. If the page is loaded through the same path as for which you confirmed, you gat the HTML, but if you are unlucky that the style files are fetched through a different path, you just don't get them. There apparently is no separate confirmation page for style files.

Re: Login
Using the Incognito Mode of the browser seems to help for whatever reason.
