No, that only draws. White has to prepare for the Endgame and has moved his King to F1 which is a very good move.

I must admit i myself can not say exactly what should and should not be done, and I'm just watching to learn!

e.g. I don't know if one pair of rooks should be exchanged or not. I'm not big enough in endgame.

If all pieces and queenside pawns are off the board, then white can win.
