Hi,
White is lost anyway, his pieces are tied to the defense of the weak pawns (c3, h2 and a2) while Black can create a passed pawn on the kingside that eventually decide. This is a possible critical position:

8/8/1p6/1p6/1Pp2pp1/2Pk3r/P1R4P/5K2 w - - 4 0

and here he can simply resign.

Fritz 5.32 says -6.

If Ke2 force repetition of previous position in the game Fritz is looking at it then it can explain a draw evaluation because a lot of engines evaluate first repetition as a draw with the logic to save time on the clock because if the engine is winning in a game it does not need to make a repetition and if the engine is losing the opponent will probably not allow repetition but win faster.
