sts-rating and mea scripts of fsmosca

Maybe this is a mundane question. But I ran the sts-rating script on many engines, and got ratings of engines roughly according to the world order (actual rating numbers are of course a bit off, often by 100-150 points, but the rankings are not). But Uralochka v3.40a seems to pass very few tests, and gets a rating of 1870. Also, surprisingly, when I run the test again, I get exactly the same counts on all tests. What could be going on?

I also ran the multiple moves epd analyzer (by fsmosca) on a test suite of 1100 positions recently posted by Peter Martan, and most engines, including Uralochka v3.40a, perform roughly according to the world order.
