Chess Gui options for Apple Silicon M3 and above

I just purchased an M3 pro macbook. Wanted to know my options for a good chess software gui, without the using Windows emulation software, that can:

1. Open pgn databases (unless there is a pgn converter to mac format).
2. Run UCI engine matches (with preset positions). Will any uci engine (like komodo) work, or must it be compiled for apple silicon?
3. Work well for M3 pro chips
4. Analyze games
5. Can open and use strong available opening books (like the ctg format).

I wish Fritz would finally make an apple silicon version.

Hiarcs Chess Explorer Pro seems to do all of what you have asked for.

I use it on my MacBook Air (M2 processor) and it is extremely stable and works well with large databases also.

I should have also mentioned (since you specifically mentioned this) that Komodo Dragon 3.3 runs fine and is compiled for M-series CPUs. Stockfish also runs great and is compiled for M-series CPUs. I also have Berserk, Arasan, Ethereal and Wasp running with this GUI.

The GUI is not free, but it is the best GUI I've come across running on MacOS.

SCID is my goto desktop app besides chessbase. Runs well on Apple silicon and doesn't have the usual bugs you encounter with CB. For engine matches you can't beat cutechess
