Bagatur and hashtables ... question!

Post by Frank Quisinsky »

Hi there,

I am using Bagatur 5.1a NN (Java) with Shredder Classic GUI.
It runs without any problems, but ...

Shredder 12 *.eng configuration!

Code: Select all

[ENGINE]
Name=Bagatur 5.1a NN
Author=Krasimir Topchiyski
Filename=C:\Chess\Shredder_12\Engines\Bagatur\Bagatur_64_1_core.exe
[OPTIONS]
SyzygyPath=c:\Chess\_syzygybases-5
I changed the path for syzygy only!

Installed is:
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologie ... 18-windows (22.0.2.0)
https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/s ... vironment/ (Java 8 Update 421)

My question:
How can I set the hashtables?
Simple, I forgot it ...

Thanks for your help!!

Best

In the ini file, I set the hash to about 512, then you can check how much it uses with task manager.
