I thought that by NOW Standard Chess would be faded out

With so many Opening memorization and so many Draws agreed withing the first 20 moves, I thought that standard chess would be faded out and replaced by Chess 960

Opening memorization is very easy to avoid, Chess960 is for people without creativity that haven't found a rare playable line that becomes their pet
