Test version of WinBoard 4.4.0 installer

I posted a beta version of the WinBoard 4.4.0 installer for download on WinBoard Forum. (Look at the bottom of the thread for the link!) People that want to test if it installs well on their system are welcome to try it out.

Major new feature in this WinBoard version is the dialog to set UCI engine options from the WinBoard menu through Polyglot. Of course native WinBoard engines can use this facility too, due to the extensions of WinBoard protocol that make this possible (and which the new Polyglot, also included in the package, uses).
