Is anyone else having a problem running this engine?

I tried to run it as a Winboard engine in Arena.

There doesn't appear to be any configuration file and it proceeds to take up about 194MB of memory.

Then after about 3 or 4 moves it attempts to make an illegal move.

Am I missing something fundamental here?

Hi all

it works !! - Arena 1.1 - blitz 40/5 -standard config as wb-engine
but it really takes 194mb hash - may be your download file gets defect

old version plays well in my tournament

no 107 of ratinglist - Porucznik 8.00 belo 2276 +/- 50 games 152 score 58% opp 2213 remis 23% (ratinglist gauged with fruit 2.10 at 2700)

Runs fine as WB protocol 1 engine under ChessGUI.
I have not tried it with GUI book.

Yes, that's the problem with Porucznik I've experienced too -- the GUI book.
