A request for tournement holders

Post by Bill Rogers »

It would be so nice when you gentlemen decide to hold a tournement that you would also post the players last know ELO ratings. I realize that many would change after the trounement but it would give some of an idea of how strong the programs are without having to dig through pages of old rating list to find out for ourselves.

A great big THANKS to both of you. I only collect games from the highest rated engines and this makes it much easier for me.

Well, I and Patrick Buchanan have started including previous version of the engine and its rating for comparison with the newer one.

Swami
That is another good reason why posting the Elos can be important.
