is this a theoretical draw? I never heard that K+B+P would draw against K!

Indeed, edge pawn + bishop of wrong color is theoretical draw, if the defending King can get in front of the pawn.

Yes
It is a known draw and I used this idea of draw in tournament games even in the time that I had a rating near 1600.

The endgame is a draw even earlier after 168 moves when olithink had KBPP vs KB based on tablebases.

Olithink could win by
164.g5 or 164.Kc5
