What happened to rules regarding order of engines when someone follows someone else? In the past tourney Harun would have had unshared first if he was awarded a bonus for picking Spike first (As Spike got 18.5 after modification) while I picked Fruit first (and it only got 16.)

Good point you raised, as for that rule I have now yet to decide:

In a group of 10 participants, those who picked the highest score-pair of engines earlier, they get 0.5 points addition in case of shared first place.

Or

(your suggestion) to award the points based on engine order in case of shared first place.

I'm awaiting others response on this. Jim,Tony,Graham?what do you guys think, suggestion are most welcome!

Thanks.

No bonuses because then time zones would be either an advantage or disadvantage.

The bonus is for picking the engines on the right order, not for picking them first.

Good point, but do you think members here pick 3 engines in order when they write the engine names?

if so, it makes sense.

Yes.

The bonus can be very small (0.1), only be applied if there's a shared first place, and only for tie-breaking purposes (So people don't get obsessed into getting the engines in the right order.)

0.1 is low a number, almost unnoticeable, 0.5 would be better, don't you think? or maybe 0.25?

A bonus is a good idea for picking the engines in the correct order.

I do and I'm sure that some others do too.
