Arasan 10.2 JA

Arasan was one of the first programs that I ever played with (GUI version). It did slip in rankings for a while, but with the arrival of the 9x series, it did manage to get back to its original place once again. I did not have much luck with any of the versions after 9.3. They simply did not get a rating better than 9.3, that could be due to many factors. Finally 10.2 managed to score higher than 9.3 and is currently the strongest under my conditions, at least for now. With the current version Arasan is Rank # 52

Alfil 8.1 SIMD

Alfil has been slowly climbing the ranks, with the recent versions the pace has gotten faster. I guess currently it is the strongest active spanish chess engine, and the closest rival to Pepito for the Strongest Spaniard crown. Under my conditions, it is rated higher than Pepito, but since Pepito gains well from 64bit, it still has a minute edge. These results make alfil Rank # 35 on my best versions list.
