CEGT 40/20 Update (26.08.2007)

Post by Werner »

Hi all, :-)

our weekly 40/20 rating list is online, for more details have a look at the links at the end of this post.

40 / 20:
This week we added more than 2000 games to our database. In the focus we had games with the new Toga versions 1.3.1 and 1.3.4 with egbb. We also made more games with Hiarcs 11.2 1CPU and the 4CPU engines of Zap!Chess Zanzibar, Paderborn and DeepShredder 10.

NEW
Last week we reorganized our lists as specially the „All Versions“ was a little bit hard to read due to the various hardware and software technologies (1,2,4 CPU and 32/64bit) and the relative combinations. We now have two new “Best Versions Lists” subdivided in “Single” and “MultiCPU”.

In total our 40/20 list is based on 175.670 games!

New engines:

Toga 1.3.4 egbb with 2827 elos after 593 games and Toga 1.3.1 with 2823 elos after 636 games. Both versions are around 25 points ahead of version 1.2.1 but behind Naum 2.2 w32 1CPU and Hiarcs 11.2 1CPU.

updated engines:

Hiarcs 11.2 single with now 396 games 4 points behind 11.1. It seems here too version 11.1 is slightly stronger.

Fruit 05/11/03 and Fruit 2.3 Lac are on the same level with the 2 new Toga engines.

The ranking of the 4CPU-engines did not change. They all lost some points after more games against strong 2CPU engines.

40 / 120:
We now have weekly updates here too, as our testers have more hardware power. After 12562 games some trends from last week were confirmed. We have played more games with Hiarcs 11.2 2CPU, Naum 2.2 x64 2CPU and Fruit 2.3 agg.

A big „Thank you“ to all testers as usual!! :-)

Ok
Yes the mistake is in the link that is in the replay zone, when you get in DJ10 vs Spike 1.2 for example, and download the games, it only download 21 games and not the 50 games that you see in the replay page, an so on for the DJ10 vsKtulu 8 and Hiarcs 11 vs Fruit 2.2,

Hi Armando :) ,

thanks for the hint.

The links are corrected now. Maybe I interrupted the data transfer to the server too early. I will countercheck in the future.

Did you check all the more the many matches? Were all the others correct?
