Re: 2cores
Hi I am new here posting.
In this and previous posts I have read that you test beta versions and you are in contact with engine authors.
About multicore support, please can you tell me if Fruit is still under development by somebody (I think that F. Letouzey stopped it) and so a MP version will be released?
The same question, but about Chess Tiger, do you know if C. Theron will release a MP version anytime soon?
Regards.

Re: 2cores
A question for any expert.
Would Fruit and Chess Tiger benefit as much as Zappa from going to 64 bits and multicore?
I think that only bitboard engines improve with 64 bits, for example I suppose that Rybka and Zappa are of this class, but not Hiarcs.
On the other hand there are several ways of multiprocessor support, somebody (sorry do not remember who) posted a link with an explanation about this. Zappa seems to be the best in this.
What do you think?
