New J.A Compiles

Halogen 13 Windows avx2 Binary is broken. When I try to do a testrun of Halogen 13 (26 games simultaneousy, cutechess-cli, singlethread), it first gives warnings (illegal ponder move), then makes illegal moves, then crashes.

Perhaps Jim Ablett can do it better (and do an avx512 binary, too) ?!

My builds act the same. Have to wait for author to fix.

Thanks for reporting this! I've updated the v13 release with new binaries that include a fix for the crash. The new binaries will display 'Halogen 13.0.1' as the version that includes the fix. Let me know if you run into any issues.

P.S there are avx512 compiles for windows included in the release. You might need to click 'Show all 16 assets' to see them.

Good idea Jim (Uralochka).
5 weeks not at home, so many updates from engines in the last weeks. A lot to do here ...

I solved the problem I had with Zangdar (your compiles and the compiles by the programmer). Same for Superultra 2.1 (compile by the programmer, not your compile). If I copy api-ms-win-crt*.dll files in the engine directory. Furthermore, I can't start Zangdar 4.01 with 128Mb for hash (Shredder 12 GUI, Windows 11). Other hashtable size is possible. The newer Zangdar version I have to check here.

A typical not explainable Quisinsky problem I think, no problems with all the other programs.
