weakest level in women olympiad

White did not develop bishops and knights.
I do not know if the reason is that she did not learn the opening principles that you need to develop bishops and knights in the opening or worse than it and maybe she simply did not know the rules of chess except how the pawn moves.


Her team member in the 4th board also has a game when she moved only pawns and lost.

board 2 at least knows to move the knight and the king but I am not sure if she resigned because of mate in the next move or simply lost because of 2 illegal moves

board 3 survived the longest number of moves and got mated in 12 moves.

Based on the games I doubt if the women of Seychelles get points in the olympiad(not including possible technical wins).

The barrier of entry for the smaller countries for the olympiad is too low. They just don't have enough chess players and there must have been less turn out for selection. :-)
