Very sorry, but this is not an official release. Early testing showed a good improvement of as much as 40 elo. But eventually it turned out that it is probably only a few elo better than 0.88. I got excited and prepared a release on the website, but forgot to remove it when it became clear that there wasn't going to be a release. It is no longer available at my site.
