Re: A superb German chess engine (iCE 2.0 - 32-bit)

Post by Sylwy » Sun Sep 21, 2014 4:42 pm

Conditions :

-TC = 4'+2"
-Hash = 128 MB
-Book = Shredder12.ctg
-GUI = Fritz 11
-CPU = Athlon 64 3800+

iCE 2.0 uses own generated 3 men TBs.

Loop 10.32f has 2810 Elo points on CCRL (4/40).

Having over 2900 ELO - iCE 2.0 is one of the best chess engine in the world on 32-bit & SP ! BRAVO !

Re: Galactic Tournament (a question for Mr.Thoresen)

Post by Sylwy » Sat Sep 27, 2014 8:49 pm

Hey CCC men !

A bonus for today : GALACTIC TOURMAMENT !

A question for Mr.Thoresen: why all the four chess engines in the below tournament were excluded from TCEC ?
Clones ? Nope , all are original works !
Fun ? Tey are a lot of !
Others ?

Congratulations to Mr.Barry Smith (Calculon). His engine won the special award for the most spectacular game in this tournament (versus Gupta) !

Auf Wiedersehen !

Re: Arasan 17.3 (w32) comparative test

Hi folks !

Conditions :

-TC = 4'+2"
-Hash = 128 MB
-Book = Shredder12.ctg
-GUI = Fritz 11
-CPU = Athlon 64 3800+

Arasan 17.3 was linked to Gaviota TBs (gtb).
Deep Sjeng 2.7 was linked to Nalimov TBs.

Arasan 17.0 still the best on 32-bit.
The version 17.3 is the second !

Re: Naum 4.6 (w32) is over Chiron 2 in my test !

Post by Sylwy » Fri Oct 03, 2014 5:46 pm

Hey CCC,

In my unfinished test (tomorrow is ready) Naum 4.6 is well before Chiron 2 !

I see in IPON rating list (x64 versions) the situation is vice versa !

Have a nice weekend !
