It will be the latest version that Marco sends to me. When it is updated I will as usual make a post in the News section of the nTCEC forum and on the Facebook page.

Luckily we are saved from totally uninteresting Houdini - Rybka match - but it was close! Hope You got running 25.4. version of SF :) .

Based on the the last testing by Tom Casanovas, the strongest version of Stockfish is 19 April 2013 version, compiled by Ipman.

Not sure whether Tom is testing the 25th April version.

what are some of the best settings for stockfish?

I am messing around a little here and there but I would like some help here if possible.
The latest Stockfish I have is a beast. I use it to find new moves, and in the middle game it outplays Houdini. It has outstanding pawn game. I love the depth it reaches. Nodes are down a bit to Houdini but I think the depth makes up for it. Every now and then it blunders. maybe my settings stink.
