I recently purchased Kasparov Chess 2.0 (1.1 Build: 91) for my moble phone. It costed me $9.99. Endorsed by Garry himself, I thought I was going to get pretty strong program. I'll let you make that decision.
Keep in-mind there is no time limit settings. I just made my move about 5 seconds every turn or less. Approximate time for program to move is 10 seconds.

I didn't bother with multiplayer online, with minutes burning with no clock, it's not worth it.
If you ask me, I'd say pass on this program. Unless you have self-esteem issues, and you need to boost it a lot~
