It is the problem with the elo system, if you play an engine only against really strong engines, it doesnt have to score a whole lot to get a high rating.
I would like to point out that I will never again turn the learning on, it creates double games, and also it would make some chess progrmmers angry.
Look at the following game, every single move came out of learn file, it is just cruel I say. Romi is till holding on to the previous rating that I posted after 30 more games, 15 a piece vs Horizon and Phalanx.
Mike, did you knew that I passed Marc Lacrosse on the run for the highest number of Romi games? I have almost 8000 games in the Romi's sparring partners pgn alone. Counting the others from 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st division, I would guess that it is more than 10,000.

That is a lot of Romi games! You should make them into one pgn file and then merge them into a fresh learn.dat file to see what Romi has learned.

Someone turned off the Arena after I went to work, so I dont have enough games to make another update, I hope to finish testing goatka by the end of this week.
