It seems people who played recently bullet lost rating points and people who did not play bullet earned rating points
saved the rating list some days ago to see changes

There are only 2 exceptions to the rule of players who lost rating points inspite of not playing bullet and I wonder if the change in the net against the queens odd bot help in bullet but may be counter productive at longer time control against strong players.
