there's a lot of advertising nowadays eg. on FB about mini comps eg Geekom,
and the best ones may compare with such an 'high end' PC but
then have less energy consumption and noise (they don't have a DVD drive
but that's not so important for computer chess is it)
any comments from the experts ?
