looking for a tiny opening book (polyglot format)

Post by flok »

Hi,

I'm looking for an opening book that fits in my microcontroller. Thus max. 32 kB in size.
I'm using the polyglot format.

I already used https://github.com/dmarce1/MorphyChess/ ... er/eco.pgn by the way. That gave a 16 kB file, so there's space left.

the Noomen gambit book is 25k, so this saves you some memory ,
or you can merge your book with it remaining under 42 k

Besides the Eco you mentioned, here seems to be a longer one Eco pgn
https://github.com/lichess-org/chess-openings

(although i'm not sure how to extract the pgn from there)
