I haven't seen an announcement of this tournament yet, so I'm trying to fix that now:
On November 19-20 there will be another programmer's tournament organized by the CSVN. This time it will be held in the village of Zundert, the birthplace of Vincent van Gogh.
Apart from the chess programmer's tournament there will also be a tournament for collectors on the 19th as well as a computer draughts tournament on November 20th. See the announcement below for more details.
