Engine Festival 2012

Post by Hugo »

Hi all

after lots of pre-tests NOW I have started a new tournament.
It is for MP engines only.

4cpu,
ponder ON
60 +15
22 participants, nice mix
2 games running at the same time.

One game shall be live transmitted and be seen in your browser (beta stadium, still working on that)

Crosstable and pgn comes soon. Just want to make the screenleap working better.

Informations and updates on my webpage.

Lets have nice games :-)

Hi All

great games so far. Only the live-screen-transmission is a problem.
The screen is occupied all the time. So when I wanna watch the games, I have to "climb" up in my attic were all pc's are located, or use the Screenleap too. Maybe I stop the live games from time to time. The replayzone isnt that bad to review the games.

agreed, look at this from Hiarcs - Houdini

[d] 1q6/5pk1/2prpn1p/4Nbp1/Pr1P1n2/1PN1Q2P/B4PP1/2RR3K b - - 0 28

tactically very deep and esthetically nice this break with c5!
good engine testposition

:-(

I am done with live games. My wife complained about the low WebSpeed.
It takes too many bandwith.

Sorry
But I will update the webpage daily with the ReplayZone.
Crosstable updated automatic.
