question about increase of playing strength based on time.

I wonder if somebody investigated returns based on opening.

There may be opening when more time is more important for chess results and openings when more time is less important because they are based more on positional understanding and less on tactics or because they lead to drawn positions or because they lead to unbalanced positions when one side win or there is some deep trap that almost every program falls into them.
