Hi Steve,

I will convine a meeting of the Hiarcs board of management. These meetings are seldem held but I think this matter is serious enough to warrant it.

Please note that 0.3 was playing on level 3 against the Challengers level 1 - this will need to be considered by the board. The choice of level maybe an important factor here.

When we have managed to contact all members of the board in various parts of the world and set up a meeting I will report back.

ps The chairman of the board has made this initial statement 'I think the star chess will be too strong as H0.3 has only a 1 ply look ahead!
but I will consider'

Also the Chairman makes this observation "I am using the A version of CC10
which did not castle
at least in the 30 years I have had one I have only seen it once! may try a game v level 2 later"

After sending the above match proposal from Team Hiarcs to my Park Avenue Attorney's for careful review and analysis ...i have received the following legal letter from them in return:

Dear Mr B

After careful review and study we can advise you of the following..

The Manual for the CC3 indicates the following level settings..
LEVEL 1..INSTANT REPLY
LEVEL 2..11-16 SECONDS
LEVEL 3..24-34 SECONDS

as a result we can advise you accept the match proposal from Team Hiarcs..
