Hmmm, I swear I made a formal move. Oh well.

1.c4 e5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Nf3 Nc6 4.g3 Bb4 5.Bg2

[d]r1bqk2r/pppp1ppp/2n2n2/4p3/1bP5/2N2NP1/PP1PPPBP/R1BQK2R w KQkq - 0 5

[d]r1bq1rk1/pppp1ppp/2n2n2/4p3/1bP5/2N2NP1/PP1PPPBP/R1BQK2R w KQ - 0 6

1.c4 e5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Nf3 Nc6 4.g3 Bb4 5.Bg2 0-0

I think queenside castling would be wishful thinking in this game for you.

Time, I think, to launch the Fly.

(You are using Stockfish, aren't you?)

You're taking your time!

FruitFly must now be at least at depth 30 on a 900Mhz ARMv6, as it has been pondering ever since I made my move.

So its hash tables will be quite full by the time you make your move.

[d]r1bq1rk1/pppp1pp1/2n2n1p/4p3/2P5/P1P2NP1/1P2PPBP/R1BQK2R w KQ - 0 8

1.c4 e5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Nf3 Nc6 4.g3 Bb4 5.Bg2 0-0 6.a3

..6.Bxc3 if dxc3 then ..7.h6

The above would be the current position if you accept Mr. Fruitfly.

I do wish my Pi was reliable. I tried to OC to 930MHz but it kept crashing on me.

So my three hours of analysis was practically useless. Practically.

Take your time my friend. This is a tough position for both sides. I say that form experience.

I use several engines, but stockfish is a decent one.
