Good afternoon, Jeff. Thank you for taking a moment to reflect on some of the ideas that underlie my chess games against machines. I'd like to invite you, and all other players who might be interested, to replicate the strategic procedure I use against computers. It's easy to apply for GMs as well as high, medium, and low-strength players, and potentially super effective. It's above all a matter of "strategic thinking that works on very long-term maneuvers." In fact, I haven't faced computers again with all their pieces and without Odds in top condition. Perhaps I'll return to that fantasy world, since my name will perhaps no longer appear on each bot's list of the top 100 humans. This list has been designed to be occupied only by the most prodigious and talented players in the man-versus-machine niche, and of course, there won't be any more room for a novice player like me. In real life, I've beaten GMs more than a few times in human-versus-human games, and I'm not the least bit afraid of my opponents' high level of play or the fact that I lose repeatedly. I just want to learn more and more, and I love chess for the sake of chess and being an unfederated street fighter. Thanks again.
Mr. Larry Kaufman. Mr. Naphthalin. Attention. Mr. Uri Blass. Respected Sirs.

The reason is that the program did not want a draw by the 50 move rule.
It is logical only if the game is with no incrememt and the opponent is in time trouble, but leela does not use the opponent time for her decisions and
if they do not fix it every decision that is not based on the opponent time is going to have disadvantages, because without g3 it may draw by the 50 move rule instead of winning on time.

Jefk. I dedicate this game to you, the vast majority of whose moves are made "on purpose" or "in consideration of the psyche of the computer's algorithm." They are interesting or at least novel, outside of standard logical thinking.

I am thinking chess is in a coin.Human beings for ever playing in one face. Now I am playing in the other face:"Antichess". Computers are as a fortres where owner forgot to close a little door behind. You must enter across this door.Forget the front.

Good evening, gentlemen of Lichess. My hope is that this message may resonate and reach some of the organizers and managers of such a wonderful place in cyberspace for sharing the game of science. I have been able to verify that you have technologically established the 300-move limit for declaring a draw. The truth is that man-versus-machine maneuvers make this limit insufficient for carrying out the game plans. I would like to propose that you increase the limit to 600 moves, which I have calculated as adequate to allow for a more in-depth anti-computer approach. Thank you in advance for receiving my message. I dedicate this small thumbnail to you, always grateful.
Sincerely,
Catecan.

It was two moves away from 50 move rule draw. Obviously Leela didn't want a draw, despite being a queen down. That is due to being trained against a vastly weaker opponent. Apparently Leela was so sure the weak opponent wouldn't win that it chose to prolong the game. Perhaps the assumed level of the opponent was a bit too low.
