EveAnn does not work properly if no bitbase path is given. I had discovered it already with 1.73 and now again with 2.2. Maybe the third time I'll remember.

Unfortunately it won't be me, since I don't have a PC with Windows installed. Furthermore, I never tried to build this engine under Windows.

In the meantime, it has already progressed to version 0.9.6-pre, but the sources have not been updated for two weeks, so the two versions seem equivalent.
