Lyudmil Antonov stopped in July 2018 and 'counterply' aka Justin Doherty took over, but he also did no updates since 2 months.
The pace of the SF development is too fast.

Do you mean any updates, except the permanent dev builds @ http://abrok.eu/stockfish/ ?cma6 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 2:08 pm Guenther:
Thanks for the update on asmFish. Therefore, I take it that the right place to look for asmFish updates is the url that you provided rather than
https://www.counterply.com/asmFishCP ?
Is there an SF url that you recommend for interim updates while waiting for Justin Dougherty to update asmFish?
The approved permanent SF updates worked for me :cma6 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 4:20 pm I am just looking for the approved permanent SF updates but that url just gives me "no site found."
As an alternative, what do you think of this one: https://stockfishchess.org/download/
Other Versions => Development builds is exactly the same as the link I gave, so yes.cma6 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 4:20 pm I am just looking for the approved permanent SF updates but that url just gives me "no site found."

The are designed for different CPUs, generally dowload them all, for each version, open it in a terminal and type "bench" and use the fastest one. If it crashes, your CPU does not support that version.
