Many thanks, Jim.

The 64-bit version refuses to start on my (non-popcnt) system, though.

Strange. It's compiled & tested on an AMD64 system - Olithink doesn't use popcnt. What error message do you get when run from terminal.

Working ok here. Are you sure search depth is not set to low number?

I'm running it in Scid. I don't know its different parameters. It seems to stop at different depths up to about 10 seconds.

I thank you for your great support, Jim. May I put a link to your site on my homepage? And may I use your analyze-mode implementation?

I haven't tested it in Scid. I will test it and try to fix problem.
