four votes all for 38..e5 ..right out of the box(within 2 hrs of MDC's last move)
rather then wait a full 24 Hrs ..lets let this run for at least 12 Hrs(7-8 more Hrs as i write this)
if no one objects i will close the voting down at 12 noon and set the MDC to thinking about its 39th move

39.....Bxe5 looks the most logical of the two options, so I'll vote for it unless somebody can give good reasons as to why not.
Rf2+ looks like the only possibly awkward move in response.
