PS> The included cygwin1.dll is absolutely necessary and shall be put in the same directory with the engine, or it will not run at all.

If you think cygwin1.dll is suspicious, you can also download it from here or some other safe website.

If this engine is an illegal clone, the moderators would like to know so that appropriate action can be taken.

1. What action will make the moderators? Remove the whole thread?

2. What people are valid to indicate that this engine is an illegal clone? Does Anyone?

3. If Strelka according to the opinion of many people and Vas is an illegal clone, then why nothing has been done in this case?

My opinion is known by the moderators, I do not wish that a moderator can remove a thread completely. only delete the parties that do not comply with regulations of the forum, as much delete the message that no meet rules.

Yes, I know that there is a poll in another group where the moderator asked if users prefer to delete some of their messages or the whole message, the majority of users respond to delete completely for fear that the moderators changed the meaning their messages, but if this poll, we have to take into account because do not have to take into account the poll where users was not supported that the moderators delete a thread completely?. In any of the 2 cases the number of people involved is small, but for 2 cases and will remain as long as these things are being discussed at a site not visit users of this forum.

So Pedro cloning of Strelka is allowed?
And who is the expert that judged Strelka is a clone? Where is the evidence? "Vasik told so" isn't valid :)

Geno

I do not judge whether one can clone strelka or not, or if strelka is a clone of Rybka, what I ask is can to write about it in a thread without the thread is removed.
