Where to get TBGEN.EXE

Hi all,
My attempts to get TBGEN.EXE were futile, even Prof. Hyatt's FTP site did not have it. Is it possible for some member to share with me an old version of the code legally?

I am running some matches between engines for pastime. Do they usually have backup code to deal with simple cases other than KRk, KBBk, KBNk and KPk?

There are 2 different TB generators

I hope there are no legal problems, if so, please let me know and I will remove the files.
