Hi,
Here are the four versions included in my DCCW rating list, tested at long time control with own opening books and enabled learning 8-)
The latest is not the greatest in this case....

Comet B.37
Comet B.46 Leiden 2002
Comet B.60 Paderborn 2003
Comet B.68 Paderborn 2004

I'll probably test Green Light Chess next. :-)
Don't forget to check the CCRL 40/40 list in case you've missed some others.
Thanks, I'm doing that all the time. :) (I mainly use CCRL, WBEC, CEGT and UEL lists to choose the next candidate for thorough testing). Here I just sum up the engines suggested by someone else. :-) (I'll try to use this information to compliment my own selection, not instead).

Hi Kiril,
I will do that as soon as I have +200 games played by each version 8-)

Comet B.37
Is it possible that it is just the best learning version and not really the strongest? (Once you switch off learning)

Could be,but I doubt that....
AFAIK,Comet's learning function is identical for all the versions 8-)
