Collector's Corner: Strange problem with Mephisto Modular.

I have Mephisto Modular. When I got it there was two moduls. and one empty as a dummy. The empty wasn't fastened. How I try I can't get the empty to fit. Anybody that has had that problem and knows the solution?

the dummy module should fit in the modular board
but it is made from cheap plastic

perhaps the plastic is warped or cracked?

in ursprünglichen zeiten als man bei diesen brettern noch
die KLEINEN magnetfiguren hatte, konnte man diese in das leermodul reinpacken.
später änderte man die figurensätze, machte sie größer.
dadurch war das leermodul für diese dinge nicht mehr zu nutzen.
du kannst das ganze modular auseinandernehmen indem du jedes modul ca. 1 cm herausziehst und dann das eigentliche Brett vom schwarzen untergehäuse trennst.
dann siehst du auch warum das leermodul hakt.

I solved the problem. I didn't realise that it was two parts that should be put together first.
